What should an estimate include?
A clear estimate sets expectations before any work begins. Include the following so the client can approve it without a follow-up call.

- The client’s name and address
- A unique estimate number
- Issue date and the date the estimate is valid until
- A description of each part of the work
- Quantity and rate for each item, and the estimated total

30 days is common. The tool defaults the "valid until" date to 30 days from today; change it to whatever suits the job and your prices.
Is my client data safe?

What currencies are supported?

Your own business details, logo, currency, and payment information are saved on your device (in your browser, never on our servers) so you do not re-enter them next time, and your estimate number auto-increments from the last one you used. Client details, line items, and amounts are never saved. You can clear everything any time with the "Clear saved details" link above the form.
